About Myself

I have been recruiting and selecting people, all throughout my career, when both working as a leader of a management group, and as well as working for professional recruitment agencies.

My journey started 30 years ago with the executive recruitment company Fontes. I have been working as a leader within international companies, such as, Circle K, CVO Recruitment, the staffing agency Adecco, and Swedbank.

I have extensive experience and knowledge in HR, leadership, and process management.

Successful recruitment service begins with knowledge of the client's organisation and an understanding of the expectations and requirements needed for the vacant position.

Open Search

The goal of Open Search is to introduce the vacant position, and customer organisation, to as wide as audience as possible. The aim is to introduce the vacant position to potential candidates who are currently actively looking for new employment.

Direct Search (head-hunting)

The goal of Direct Search is to engage and build interest, about the vacant position and customer organisation, towards potential candidates who are not actively searching for new employment, but, might be interested in new employment possibilities.

Combined Search

In Combined Search, all the search sources, which are used through Open and Direct search services, are used to maximise the pool of potential candidates.

Outplacement Consultations

Every downsizing, or ending of the employment contract, may be a very difficult experience to the employee. I will help your employees to find their way back into the job market.
