Open Search

The goal of Open Search is to introduce the vacant position, and customer organisation, to as wide as audience as possible. The aim is to introduce the vacant position to potential candidates who are currently actively looking for new employment.

Open Search is suitable for fulfilling many different fields of employment.

The process of Open Search is as follows:

    Composing the job ad according to the expectations of the client

  • ✓

    Publishing the job ad to the relevant public job portals, and LinkedIn

  • ✓

    Evaluation of the candidates who have applied to the position

  • ✓

    Interviewing and evaluating of the candidates

  • ✓

    Conducting reference checks of the suitable candidates

  • ✓

    Summaries of the suitable candidates

  • ✓

    Interviews of the selected candidates, with the client, and making the final candidate selection

  • ✓

    Handling of all the parts of the recruitment process and candidate communications

  • ✓

    Quality control of the services provided, by active communication, with the client, as well as the employed candidate, after the placement of a suitable person

Cost: 80% of the expected salary of the vacant position. Testing costs may be added to the expense if the client requests an order for special personality or ability tests.

Guarantee: Specialist level - 4 months, Managerial positions - 6 months. If the candidate does not meet the agreed upon expectations, replacement of the candidate will be free of charge.

Direct Search (head-hunting)

The goal of Direct Search is to engage and build interest, about the vacant position and customer organisation, towards potential candidates who are not actively searching for new employment, but, might be interested in new employment possibilities.

This service is suitable for fulfilling more complex positions, where the field of potential candidates is expected to be low. Direct Search is also suitable for situations where the company does not, or can not, advertise the vacant position publicly.

The process of Direct Search is as follows:

    Extensive searches, according to the position requirements, are conducted from job portals, LinkedIn, websites of target companies, associations, and other sources where potential candidates may be working or communicating

    Searches from selected job portals

  • ✓

    Actively contacting potential candidates; creating an interest towards the client's organisation and the vacant position

  • ✓

    Evaluations and interviews of the candidates

  • ✓

    Conducting reference checks

  • ✓

    Summaries of the suitable candidates

  • ✓

    Interviews with the selected candidates, with the client, and making the final decision of the hired candidate

  • ✓

    Handling all parts of the recruitment process and candidate communications

  • ✓

    Quality control of the services provided, by active communication, with the client, as well as the employed candidate, after the placement of a suitable person

Combined Search

In Combined Search, all the search sources, which are used through Open and Direct search services, are used to maximise the pool of potential candidates.

Extensive searches, according to the position requirements, are conducted from selected job portals; LinkedIn, websites of target companies, associations, and other sources where potential candidates may be communicating.

Job ads are also actively published in selected job portals and LinkedIn.

Cost: 1.5 months salary of the vacant position. Testing costs may be added to the expense if the client requests an order for special personality or ability tests.

Guarantee: Specialist level - 4 months, Managerial positions - 6 months. If the candidate does not meet the agreed upon expectations, replacement of the candidate will be free of charge.

Outplacement Consultations

Every downsizing, or ending of the employment contract, may be a very difficult experience to the employee. I will help your employees to find their way back into the job market.

I will consult and help them in all the phases of finding the new job: how to make CV or recruitment related documents, how to make yourself visible, and findable, in job portals and LinkedIn, build up of a LinkedIn profile, preparing for a job interview, or other recruitment phases.

I will also give any emotional support that may be required.

Cost: Outplacement consultation price and time spent: according to the agreement with the client.
